* Quanta Plus – this is a web development IDE that is able to run customized scripts, codes, and features and visual CSS editor with code hints and auto completion that makes it easier to use for designers.

* SeaMonkey – this is an all-in-one web browser foster by Mozilla that also features a powerful HTML editor that you can use for in-browser source code editing.
